Marketing Strategy – Assisting the head marketing in Framing & Implementing Corporate & Project Strategies.
Experience of BTL events.
To prepare and execute all the marketing related requirement of the Group.
Good Knowledge of Market Analysis.
Expertise in Marketing

Agency Management – Creating Themes and Designs for all Projects in Coordination with Agencies.

Vendor Management – To coordinate with various vendors and to negotiate and close economical marketing platforms/Cost.

MIS Preparation & Analysis – To Monitor and analyze marketing spends and results.
Daily and weekly reports in coordination with sales & pre sales Team.

Collateral Management – To Design & print all the Marketing collateral required for projects.

Job Description:

Inspecting the work as per architectural & structural drawing and maintaining the record of inspection
Should have a thorough knowledge of making calculations about loads and stresses
liaising with relevant professional staff such as architects and engineers.
Responsible to inspect properties to check conditions/foundations
keen interest in ensuring the safety and physical integrity of buildings and other large structures.
Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
Quantity Surveyor, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Planning & Coordination

Required in candidate:

Graduate or post-graduate in Civil or structure is required.
Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of Codes is required for this post
Knowledge of Reconciliation of Material
Basic knowledge of QC & Survey activities Good knowledge of Planning Software, AutoCAD/Stad-Pro and MS Office

Relevant Experience of 8 – 10 years
